Design Notes

We digested the Biobricks with CIP to assure that the plasmids did not re-ligate to themselves.


Source

The arsenic promoter with the arsR repressor gene is naturally found in E. coli. The ribosome binding site, the ATF1 gene, and the double terminator combined sequence was obtained from the Biobrick BBa_J45199.
